This company was great, Technician was polite and updated me throughout the repair. They were able to come out next day after I called. They got my system working better than it was before. There was a small hiccup with the finalized invoice, I spoke with them and they fixed it very quickly.

Highly recommended. We had an emergency AC situation on a hot evening and John came out at 10pm and got the AC back up and running. We had them out again to do some maintenance – John was very thorough in explaining what the issues were and how he would address them and then got the system running better than it had run in years. We’ve had excellent communication with all members of Vanport’s staff, and will continue to use them for servicing and potentially a new install.

Jake fixed a leak in our sprinkler system with efficiency and competence. He communicated his plan for addressing the leak and verifying the effectiveness of his work clearly before starting. Additionally, Jake educated me about our system and how to identify any future issues without relying on visible signs of water leaks. I greatly appreciate his communication and professionalism.

Vanport Mech. accepted a call from me because of an “Error Alert” appearing on my thermostat. Dispatched Leriel to my residence before 12Noon today. He was able to troubleshoot the problem and gave me several options to resolve the issue (system as a whole, is working efficiently and effectively). In addition to the diagnostic service required to investigate the problem, Leriel, proceeded with the yearly maintenance service which prevented the need to schedule another visit to my home.

Thouroughly satisfied with L’s work and attention to detail…also, his willingness and patience to provide an in-depth explanation of any issues discovered during his visit. Great job performance by this Vanport Mech. technician!

Great folks, they came out and looked at my residential system. The type of install was not typical so they helped find a plumber that was able to fix it. Other contractors I contacted would not even come out. They could have not bothered but took the time to follow up, very professional team!

If you are looking for a trustworthy company I would highly recommend not just Vanport but Jon Jeffries specifically. Jon came out and quickly diagnosed the issue and has our AC running stronger than ever. He even explained what the issue was, why it happened and how it gets fixed.
